RG17 8RE area. Green walk about 6 miles, with shortcuts.
The green Walk is 6 miles but you can cut this down to 4 1/2 miles by taking the shortcut, the blue route if your legs ache! However you will miss your chance to see Ashdown House.
An even shorter walk would be to do the lower half below the Blue shortcut, this would be 3.3 miles, but I haven't found anywhere decent to park, except possibly at the Ashdown House car park. I'm not sure if you would be allowed! I did find a location where you may be able to park on the grass verge, however I think the landowner would prefer you to park in the car park. Have no idea about this really, just a guess!
